Ces protections sont incroyablement autant dans leur conception que dans leur frabrication. Confortables et discrètes on oublie qu’on les porte. C’est vrai autant pour les genoux autant que les coudes. Aucune interférence avec le pédalage ou le pilotage ce qui fait que je les porte pour la majorité de mes sorties. La charte de grandeur est précise et fiable.

Really happy with both the Chromag Shift Knee and Shift Elbow Guards, but I wanted to leave a review specifically to help others with sizing.
For reference, I’m 6'2" / 188 cm and usually around 185 lbs / 84 kg, give or take about 5 lbs / 2.25 kg. I normally wear a Large in pretty much every knee and elbow pad I’ve owned.
I followed Chromag’s sizing charts and my measurements put me in a Large for both. However, the Large was much tighter than expected. Felt like a normal Medium would.
I ended up going with XL for both the knee and elbow guards, and they fit great. The XL basically fits the way I would normally expect a Large to fit from other brands.
So if you’re deciding between sizes, I would definitely keep in mind that these run small and you may want to size up.
The pads themselves feel great. They’re comfortable, low profile, flexible, and the RHEON protection gives them a nice balance between protection and mobility.
One thing I would like to see in a future version is some additional foam padding around the perimeter of the main impact protector. A little extra padding around the sides of the knee and elbow would provide some additional coverage for impacts that don’t land directly on the main protector, without necessarily making the pads much bulkier.
Normally, I would take one star off and give these ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of the sizing issue. However, Chromag Customer Service was excellent and handled the situation extremely well, which brought the overall experience right back to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me.
Great pads, great customer service. Just keep the sizing in mind.

Same great materials and design as the knee pads. Super tough.
Maybe a little small on fit, but I think the fabric stretches a bit over time.

I'm new to elbow pads, I've tried before and never got along with them. First time wearing these ones they felt a little distracting but as the ride progressed I forgot they were on. I like the high seam on top so it goes over the bicep and there's less chance of gaper gap when wearing a t-shirt. That part could even be longer for someone lanky like me.
A real + is they are discreet and I think it would be hard to make them much more comfortable. 5 stars if you read this far.

I was worried about the size chart, but found after a day of wear, these are spot-on. Really comfortable for laps, where I don't really even both to roll them down to my ankles for the climbs (though I am sure I will when the days get hotter). The protection layer is nice and flexible. The cuffs stay in place, but don't squeeze. Another rad Chromag product.

Ok, so I haven't always been a fan of elbow pads. They've (for me at least) historically been bulky, restrictive and just not the one. I picked these up at the start of the '26 season to replace some quite old other-branded ones I've had for years. What an absolutely phenomenal design. The Shift elbow guards are lightweight, maliable, easy to chuck in a pack for a climb and quick to put on before the descent. The elastic grips on the top and bottom are snug but still allow me to move without the dreaded arm pump. They're so low profile that I can't even see them under my jersey in the park, but I know they've got me if I take a fall. I was already a huge fan of the Chromag knee protection, and these follow suite perfectly. Thanks Chromag for making an elbow pad that feels so slim yet effective!

I have tried so many elbow pads and these are by far the best. I've always struggled with elbow pads sliding down unless they are so tight that they cut off circulation. But these are comfortable and stay up! They are also light, breathable, move with you and provide good coverage.

I love the Shift elbow guards because they are so comfortable and easy to pack. I like having something soft that I can put in a small hip pack that also offers full protection. It's nice to have them on a trail ride because you can slip them on for the descent. And if you are riding park they feel great all day!
